Biosphere Ambassadors

Our ambassadors for the Biosphere Reserve live and work in the region. Their task is to spread knowledge and promote interest in the biosphere. We will later present all of them here. 

What is required of a Biosphere Ambassador?

To be yourself, share your knowledge, and be passionate about sustainable development in the area. Most of our Biosphere Ambassadors run their own businesses of one type or another, but that is absolutely not a requirement. All of the Ambassadors have a personal interest in sustainable development and want to share their knowledge both from their own business activities and about the Biosphere Reserve. When meeting with visitors in the area, the Biosphere Ambassadors talk about their own views on sustainable development, what they do in their business to be more sustainable, and provide general information about our Biosphere Reserve.
