Bengts is open year round and offers Bed & Breakfast or to rent the entire house on a weekly basis. Fishing packages, weekend experiences or just an overnight stay for transit or work.
Spring and fall fishing is the most popular activity. We sell fishing licenses to several fcas and boats with motors are available for rent to our guests and also for those who want to rent a boat just for the day.
Summer is the holiday family favorite, Bengts is the perfect choice of accommodation for day trips or longer excursions. The estate holds many opportunities for activities and small excursions in the area. Beaver Safari is a valued experience for a few hours. Our local knowledge opens for personal service and advice on the appropriate destination tailored to your interest.
Early spring the farm offers a rural idyll with lambs and bird watching.
In autumn we recommend fishing and the forest pantry with mushrooms, berries and much more. Winter is quiet, calm, stellar heavens, sometimes auroras, and beautiful moments by the fire. A nice break from everyday life.
The accommodation
The holiday home you live in is on a traditional old Swedish farmhouse with wooden buildings, surrounded by stone walls and farm names from the 1600's. The two storey, 100 m2 house that was built in 1906 have 8 separated beds in 4 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, shower and two toilets to make your stay comfortable.
Surrounding area
The variety of species in the landscape flora and fauna offers many surprising encounters in nature. It's easy to understand why the area has become a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve aswell as a national park.
