Svartådalen, with its charming asphalt and gravel roads, is an excellent area for cycling. There are many picturesque small towns and places in the area, such as Fläckebo, Sätra Brunn, Harakers kvarn, and Svanå, as well as the Öjesjöbrännan eco-park, which was established after the big forest fire of 2014.
Edens Garden is located in the middle of scenic Svartådalen. We are close to the Mälardalen bicycle trail and via this, the entire Västerås cycling network (road U681). Edens Garden connects to both the Svartådalen and Karrbenning bicycle trails, which are both mapped and signposted. Svartådalen is known throughout Sweden for its great outdoor recreation. The area is excellent for cycling and you can of course also rent bicycles from us. The roads vary from asphalt to gravel, with occasional steep hills. There are a number of sights and attractions to visit along the way, including the Svanå Herrgård manor house and industrial heritage site, Harakers Kvarnmusteri mill and apple cider press, Sätra Brunn spa, and much more.
Included: Bicycle helmet. Our bicycles have 7 gears, solid tires, lamps, and storage boxes with locks. You can also rent bicycles at the Sala Tourist Office.
