Säters Camping is a perfectly sized family-friendly campground surrounded by a beautiful birch forest on the banks of the Ljustern lake. The campground has a child-friendly beach and a dog beach, both with very clean water. Fishing enthusiasts will be pleased to note that the lake is stocked with brown trout and fishing licenses are for sale in the camp shop. You can reach Dalarna’s shopping metropolis, Borlänge, in 20 minutes by car. We have 16 simple-standard cottages for rent, each with either two or four beds. There is a separate service building on the campground with a kitchen. We also have showers, bathrooms, a sauna and laundry room with dryers in separate service buildings. Adjacent to the reception is a restaurant with a glassed outdoor terrace.
